I was browsing around and found a windows program called twitter2excel that advertised it would download ALL past tweets from Twitter. It was free, so I tried it out. Unfortunately, it lied. It only downloaded tweets from the past 4 months. Does anybody know of a method to download ALL tweets from twitter? Say... from as far as 2 years back (yeah, I've had twitter since 2009). Send me an email if you can help.. I don't mind paying for this.
